About Bluebird Early Learning Casey Fields
Care and Education for Children aged 6 weeks until 5 years
Welcome to Bluebird Casey Fields and thank you for taking an interest in our centre, we would like share with you a little more about us below.
In our centre we practice a “family like atmosphere” and recognise the importance of creating a link between your home and our centre.
We believe that open and free flowing communication is essential in creating trusting partnerships with our Families. To keep you up to date we send out monthly newsletters and weekly parent memos through our online application Educa, this resource also allows you to log in and view your Childs learning journey or photos, at any time.
We are able to engage in our local community through regular incursions and excursions throughout the week, including:
- Rhythm and Moves music program
- Cooking classes with our Qualified Chef
- Forest school excursion program
We are also able to provide a variety of different language and cultural experiences which are delivered by our amazing and culturally diverse Team of Educators.
Our experienced Educators design programs in line with the Early Years Learning Framework, creating open ended opportunities through play. Children are supported to explore the world around them and discover their sense of wonder. We pride ourselves on building meaningful relationships with each child, empowering them to be their unique self while catering for all learning abilities and stages.

Nutrition and healthy eating are crucial to a child’s development. We have a wonderful and Qualified Chef who prepares 5 wholesome and nutritious meals on site each day. When she is not preparing delicious meals, you can find her supporting the children in our communal dining room, educating them on nutritious foods and simple cooking skills.
To support you during the orientation process, we provide a parent room to relax in. You and your family are welcome to have a coffee and read a magazine in this area or even have a wonder around the Centre, reading our large information boards in our foyer!
In our Centre we have an ‘open-door policy’ which encourages families to visit or participate in our curriculum or special events throughout the year. Our goal is to ensure all children and families feel connected, appreciated and supported as soon as they join our Bluebird Casey Fields Community.
We look forward to creating a wonderful Learning Journey for your child.

Meet the Centre Manager
Hello, my name is Anjana and I am the Centre Manager here at Bluebird Casey Fields.
I have been the Early Education Industry for over 6 years and hold my Advance Diploma in Community Sector Management. I have been a Centre Manager for over 2 years and I am also a mother myself, to my 7-months old son.
Growing up as a child I always knew that working with Children was something I wanted to pursue. Early Education is something that I am very passionate about, I take pride in knowing that I am able to provide Children with quality care, meaningful opportunities for learning, experiences for new discoveries and nutritional meals.
As your Centre Manager I will ensure to make myself available to all Children, Families and Educators. I value the relationships I build whilst getting to know and working alongside others and strongly believe that building partnerships is essential in achieving the best outcomes for Children.
I believe children learn best by being given choices and opportunities to make their own decisions, through open ended opportunities during play-based learning. This includes using their own language skills and senses to create meaningful learning concepts as well as building on their own resilience and confidence to become independent little beings.
My primary focus is making sure that our Children have fun and that our Families feel welcomed and supported. Please do not hesitate to approach me for a chat or to ask any questions or queries, I look forward to welcoming you into the Bluebird Casey Fields Family.
