About the Centre

Care and Education for Children aged 6 weeks until 5 years

Welcome to Bluebird Early Education Spring Farm and thank you for taking an interest in our centre.

Bluebird Spring Farm is a supportive, nurturing and fun Educational Facility, our goal is for you and your Family to feel a sense of belonging the moment you walk through our front door!

We believe that open and free flowing communication is essential in creating trusting and long-lasting partnerships with our Families. To keep you informed we used several communication methods such as: Monthly newsletters, weekly parent memos, emails and our Oxanda Online App. The Oxanda App allows you to log in and view your Childs learning journey or photos, at any time – we find this to be an incredible resource for our busy families.

We are lucky enough to engage with our Local Community regularly throughout the week with many  Incursions and Excursions. These are not exclusive to our Preschool either, even our Nursery Studio engage in weekly community walks!

Our Preschool Children engage in a weekly Forest School Program allows them to explore the natural world around them, while allowing opportunities for them to achieve new skills, develop confidence and increase their self-esteem through a hands-on learning approach!

Our Team of experienced Educators are passionate about providing high quality, personalised care and education – where children are celebrated for their unique differences and supported to develop into happy, inquisitive, well-balanced individuals.

Our spacious and natural environments provide open-ended learning opportunities for children to explore and experiment during our indoor/outdoor Educational programs.

Nutrition and healthy eating are crucial to a child’s development. At Bluebird Spring Farm we have a Qualified Chef who prepares 5 wholesome, fresh and delicious meals on site, each day. We also have a Parent Area where you can grab yourself a coffee, after you have dropped off your children, with freshly cooked muffins or a piece of fruit to help you start your day.

Have we mentioned Bluey? He is our incredibly cute Centre pet, fellow Teammate and best friend to our Spring Farm Children. Bluey is such a valuable resource in supporting and enriching our children’s education journey, we strongly believe that animals can act as the ‘fourth teacher’. When our Children interact with Bluey, they build upon important senses of connection and empathy as well as growing their sense of responsibility. Having Bluey on our Team lifts Children’s spirits, lessens tensions and most importantly assists with separation anxiety, making ‘drop off’ transitions of the day, so much easier for our Families.

We pride ourselves on our ‘Open-Door Policy’ which encourages Families to visit or participate in our Studios, their child’s curriculum or any special events held throughout the year. We want to ensure that you always feel connected, appreciated and supported by our Bluebird Spring Farm Community.

We look forward to creating a wonderful Learning Journey for your child.

Meet the Centre Manager

Hello, my name is Raman, and I am the proud Centre Manager here at Bluebird Spring Farm. I hold my Masters in Early Childhood Teaching and have been working in Early Education for over 10 years – in a variety of roles.

I have had the privilege of working with our Families since our incredible Centre opened in January 2020. I started this role as an Assistant Centre Manager working alongside my now Operations Manager and have truly valued the journey I have experienced so far.

As an Early Childhood Professional, I believe teaching is the most rewarding profession and for me, it forms the core of my identity. My Philosophy is largely built around all Children being unique and that each child deserves to be respected and advocated for.

I pride myself on meeting the needs of all Children & Families within our Spring Farm Community and ensure that Children of all ages and backgrounds are provided the best start to their lifelong learning journey.

I believe in creating an atmosphere where Educators, Children and Families feel valued and understood and that when they walk through our doors, they know they have found somewhere they belong.

Being a mum myself, I understand that choosing the right Early Education Centre is a very important decision, I welcome you to join us for a tour, meet our Highly Qualified Educators and view our Exceeding Centre.

I look forward to working with you and your Family in the future.
