Meet the Centre Manager
Hello, my name is Jasmin, and I’m the Centre Manager of Bluebird Bexley.
I hold a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and have worked in the Early Childhood industry for almost 10 years. Working in this field, I am passionate about making a positive difference in children’s lives and watching them develop, grow and succeed into the amazing little human beings that they are.
I value Early Childhood Education as the foundation for lifelong learning. I believe that each child is a unique individual and should be viewed, respected and treated as such. The well-being of each child is paramount. Therefore, I strive to provide holistic support for each child’s individual requirements and interests in a secure, caring, nurturing, familiar and supportive environment that fosters development across all developmental areas.
I aim to provide a welcoming, nurturing, engaging and stimulating environment which gives each child the opportunity to learn, play and grow, no matter their age or skill level. I actively work to support the full inclusion of all children.
I also strive to create an environment where my staff feel supported, encouraged and involved. Educators should work together as a team and respect one another’s views. I strongly believe in teamwork, collaboration and continuous support within the team.
