Bluebird Roseville Is Now Open!

Welcome to Bluebird Early Education Roseville, an Education like no other, from the ages of 6 weeks to 5 years.

Bluebird Roseville is a purpose-built service that has been designed to provide a kick start to Early Education. Through our creative learning experiences and Highly Qualified Educators, we ensure that your children receive the support they need as they transition into the schooling life.

Our culture is key to everything that we do and this is embedded within our philosophy of igniting the spirt of learning, where Children, Families, Teams and the Community are provided with a sense of belonging. This is achieved through a welcoming environment and passionate team that are driven to make a difference in children’s lives.

The architectural design of the centre has been specifically created to support a variety of endless learning moments, opportunities and experiences to engage and support your child’s development. The centre has four incredible studio’s; Joey’s, Bilby’s, Emus and Wombats Studio, that have been created to provide a holistic educational environment that stimulates creativity and aligns to the Early Learning Years Framework.

We have an amazing nature strip behind our service that allows children to connect with nature in a unique way. The viewing windows enable the connection and provide children with the ability to feel and see the beauties of this world. This is a major benefit of the Centre’s location, allowing our Educators to enhance learning moments and experiences for all Children.

In our Centre, we build strong connections with our Community, ranging from visiting local businesses, Schools and local reserves which will assist in facilitating our Forest School Program. As well as this, we have a range of programs embedded within our curriculum across the week, inclusive of: Portuguese, Cooking Classes, a Sustainability Program, Music Classes and Sports Program.

We have handpicked our Centre cook who has a passion for creating nutritious meals for children, in our large interactive and beautiful kitchen. The freshness and locally sourced ingredients are ingrained within the preparation of all meals, and through creativity are delivered to all children. Our cook is also trained to create cultural dishes that will be used to help children explore other cultures in their early days of childhood.

We are beyond excited to start this journey with you and we cannot wait for you to be a part of our extended family, and we look forward to seeing you.

Meet the Centre Manager

Hello, my name is Phillis Zappulla and I am extremely proud to be the Centre Manager of Bluebird Roseville.

I have been working in the Early Education industry for the over 10 years and hold my Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care.

I have experienced a variety of different roles during my time in Early Childhood, ranging from a Room Leader, Educational Leader and Centre Manager.

I believe these roles have not only helped shape me as an Educator but have provided me a deeper understanding of how important the many roles within a Centre are – in creating a strong and inspiring team.

I believe in providing High Quality Care and Education to all Children, allowing them the opportunity to flourish in exciting and innovative environments. This is achieved through a happy and motivated Team, working towards a common goal.

Trust, credibility and most importantly transparency are key values which I feel are the foundations to building long lasting partnerships with our Families. It is my mission to ensure all of our Children, Families, Team and wider Community feel supported, safe and welcome when they walk through our doors.

Outside my professional life, I enjoy hiking with my fiancé and also cooking traditional Italian recipes with my Mum and Grandmother. I look forward to sharing some of these within our Centre.

I am committed to Bluebird Roseville, your Children, my Team, our Families and of course, the wider Community.

I am always available for a friendly chat, and my door will always be open. I am really Looking forward to meeting you all.
