Our incredible Centre is located right in the heart of Latrobe Valley’s township of Moe.
With public transport access and ample off-street parking, the centre lends itself to fresh and accommodating facilities providing access for all abilities.
Bluebird Moe has four beautifully appointed Studios, housing places for up to 65 children daily. Our learning environments are Reggio Emelia inspired with Educational programs built on the belief that children will excel when they are given the opportunity to explore and create.
We facilitate play based learning encompassing numeracy and literacy, science and investigation, constructive, imaginative and dramatic play along with creative arts and physical Education.
Opportunities for play and learning are invited both indoors and outdoors – with freshly renovated outdoor yards – we provide space for children to physically extend their capabilities.
With an onsite kitchen and qualified cook, we are able to serve nutritionally aligned meals that are prepared fresh each day. We cater for all dietary requirements and respond to the needs of each individual child.
Our “Kindy of Kindness” and “Forrest School” concepts set us aside from the rest.
We are proud to facilitate community-based interactions supporting children in charitable concepts and events. Our Children are able to participate in prompting a vision of kindness, throughout our wonderful community of Moe.
Forrest School blends nicely into our curriculum, providing regular opportunity for children to actively engage and connect in the natural environment. We strongly believe and value the environment as being the third teacher in each child’s learning journey.
Our Team of highly dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Educators specialise in Early Learning and aim to deliver an exceptionally high standard of Education to each child at Bluebird.
At Bluebird Moe we honour family. We strive to provide Education and Care to support families and we are very proud of the lasting connections we have made and continue to make within community.

Meet the Centre Manager
As a devoted mum to five beautiful children, I have always been passionate about Early Childhood Education and children’s development.
I love working with and supporting people in their own life journeys and cherish the concept of family.
Recognising that the number one teacher in a child’s life are their parents, my personal philosophy aims to guide Educators as the second teacher to support children’s growth and development.
I have been working in the Education sector for over 20 years, with qualifications in community, disability, business and Early Childhood Teaching, my range of experience brings strong leadership to Bluebird.
I strongly believe in the environment being the ‘third teacher’ for children, which is why I adore our high-quality Early Education facilities here at Bluebird Moe. Our service reflects a soothing, natural environment for learning and development that devotes respect and dedication to children and families.
Inspired by the work of early childhood theorists Reggio Emilia, Maria Montessori and Rudolf Steiner, we incorporate these philosophies into our own working pedagogical practices, which are reflective throughout the centre.
When I’m not busy at the Bluebird Centre, you’ll often find me riding horses on my horse stud in rural Gippsland. An avid equestrian, I have been competing nationally since I was a child and recently trained and competed in the Victorian State Championships.
I also have a strong connection to the principles and delivery of equine assisted learning and therapy and plan on undertaking formal training in this area into the future.
I encourage perspective parents considering Early Education to come into Bluebird Moe for a tour of the centre and to meet our wonderful Team.
