Welcome to Bluebird Cranbourne West your home away from home that is dedicated to providing highly engaging and enriching spaces for your children to learn and grow.
As you step into our Service, you will be greeted by our dedicated Educators whose play-based learning curriculums capture the minds and hearts of children. We support all children to thrive in our environments and offer experiences such as our Tea Times and Yarning Circles to ensure a secure and safe sense of community and togetherness. Wellness and healthy mindsets are fostered with our Yoga Programs, Mindfulness Meditation and Baby Massage.

We have 7 carefully curated Studios catering to children ages 6 weeks to 5 years.
Each Studio has been designed to enhance and support your child’s development and growth as well as ignite curiosity and exploration.
Our Service is surrounded by outdoor play yards that encourage imagination and adventure. The spaces are designed to grow with your children as they move through the age groups, supporting gross motor skills and providing room for group activities and projects.
We aim to be pillars of the community and engage in relationships with our local schools and businesses. By engaging with our local community, we create opportunities to collaborate, support one another, and contribute to a thriving and inclusive environment for everyone.
We offer your children the opportunity to experience garden-to-table with our vegetable patch and herb gardens. The children will be able to grow and harvest their very own vegetables and utilise them in our on-site cooking programs.
Our impressive kitchen offers delicious, wholesome meals daily, carefully prepared fresh on-site. We focus on providing children with well-balanced, nutritious food to fuel their growth, development, and energy needs throughout their day with us.

Meet the Centre Manager
Hi, I’m Tayla, and I’m the proud Service Manager of Bluebird Cranbourne West. My journey in early childhood education began in 2016, and over the years, I’ve developed a deep passion for nurturing young minds and supporting families through their early learning journey. Backed by my Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, I bring a strong foundation of knowledge, hands-on experience, and a heart-driven approach to my role.
Throughout my career, I’ve dedicated my time to working across all age groups, from 6 weeks to 6 years, gaining invaluable insights into each stage of early development. This broad experience has given me a genuine understanding of the unique needs of every child, and how best to support them through their early years, and has been furthered through each role I have taken on, as a room Lead educator, Educational Leader, Assistant Centre Manager, and now as Centre Manager.
As a mum to a beautiful daughter, I also bring a personal perspective to my role. I understand firsthand the trust families place in us, and I’m able to truly relate to their needs, hopes, and expectations. This has deepened my empathy and strengthened my commitment to creating a centre that feels like a second home – a place where families feel supported and listened to, and children are loved, nurtured, and encouraged to thrive.
At Bluebird Cranbourne West, I’m proud to lead a passionate team of educators who share my belief in the power of connection, play, and meaningful relationships. Seeing children grow in confidence, curiosity, and joy is what inspires myself, along with the team, every single day.
I look forward to meeting everyone who comes into our service and building strong, trusting relationships with both children and their families.
