We pride ourselves on building strong, caring, supportive relationships with all children and families as we ignite the spirit of learning. Through thoughtfully planned learning experiences and highly qualified educators, we ensure that your child receives the best start to their learning journey.
Throughout our 105-place Service, you will find 6 Studios filled with natural light and materials. Each Studio is meaningfully designed to foster and nurture your child’s holistic development, providing each child the opportunity to unleash their full potential.
We know health and nutrition play an important role in supporting the growth and development of your children, which is why we have an in-house cook who prepares delicious meals designed in conjunction with Nutrition Australia. We provide 5 meals a day and cater to all forms of allergies and dietary requirements.
Our 2 large outdoor play spaces create a haven for physical activity and include: 2 climbing forts, 3 sandpits, a boat and water play.
Our team of friendly Educators are committed to your children and your family. Our Service is enriched by a culturally diverse team of Educators who speak a variety of languages. This helps us connect more deeply with our community, strengthen relationships, and create a welcoming, inclusive environment where every child feels valued, understood, and supported.

Meet the Centre Manager
Hello, my name is Lana, and I am very proud to be the Centre Manager here at Bluebird Early Education Glen Waverley.
I have been working in the Early Childhood sector for the past 10 years, beginning my journey as a student and progressing through a variety of roles, including Lead Educator, Educational Leader and now Management. I hold a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care.
My passion for Early Childhood Education comes from my belief that the first five years of a child’s life are incredibly important. These early years help shape a child’s learning, development, confidence and sense of belonging, and I believe every child deserves to feel safe, respected, valued and supported as they explore the world around them.
I am passionate about building meaningful relationships with children, families and Educators, as I believe strong and trusting relationships are at the heart of a positive early learning experience.
This also connects with what I like to call my “Pancake Theory.” Just like no two pancakes are exactly the same, no two children are the same. Every child has their own personality, interests, strengths, culture, experiences and way of learning. As Educators, it is our role to recognise and celebrate these differences and create opportunities that allow every child to learn, grow and thrive in their own way.
I am proud to be part of the Bluebird Glen Waverley community and to lead a Service where children and families feel welcomed, included and supported. I look forward to getting to know you and your family, building a strong partnership with you and being part of your child’s Early Learning journey
