Hello, my name is Mara, and I am the Centre Manager here at Bluebird Early Education Clyde Orana. I have proudly called the Clyde North community home for over 15 years and have loved watching the area grow into the vibrant and diverse community it is today.

With over 20 years of experience in Early Childhood Education and Leadership, I have had the privilege of working in a variety of roles that have shaped my career and strengthened my knowledge, skills, and passion for the sector. These experiences have given me a deep
appreciation for the important role Educators play in creating positive outcomes for children and families.

I believe that learning is a lifelong journey, and that every child deserves opportunities to learn, grow, and thrive from the very beginning of their educational journey. My philosophy is centred on creating a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment where every child feels a
genuine sense of belonging, is valued and respected, and is supported to reach their full potential.

I am passionate about creating engaging learning environments that inspire curiosity, creativity, and a love of discovery. Building strong partnerships with families, mentoring and supporting Educators, and fostering a positive Service culture are values that are at the heart of my leadership, as I believe these relationships provide the foundation for a thriving early learning community.
